IAG is reportedly in talks to receive new aircraft for use by its budget long-haul airline Level, including delivery of five Airbus A330s later this year. Willie Walsh, CEO of IAG, claims that the plan is to bring Level’s fleet to 15 aircraft by around 2022.
“We see an opportunity with Airbus and with Boeing. The 787 more and more we see as a future opportunity in the development of Level,” said Walsh.
