Chef Julie Hartigan is a mom of 2 and former engineer/ tech consultant who, driven by her great passion for cooking, graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC in 2009. Since then, she has been a personal chef, healthy cooking instructor, worked at Food Network and in cooking magazine test kitchens.
Julie has published thousands of recipes and tips for everyone from Weight Watchers, Shape Magazine, Bed Bath Beyond, Beach Body Fitness, Real Simple, and more and is also a regular on morning & lifestyle shows.
