For travelers flying to Atlanta to witness the 2019 Super Bowl, several airlines are adding flights to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport to meet increased demand.
Delta Air Lines revealed it would be adding non-stop flights from Los Angeles and Boston on February 1 and another Boston-Atlanta flight February 2. The carrier is also offering return flights to New York-LaGuardia February 4.

The airline’s bolstered service will be offered on a 199-seat Boeing 757 aircraft featuring 20 First Class seats, 29 seats in Delta Comfort+ and 150 seats in Main Cabin.
Travelers flying with Southwest Airlines will have more flight options, including additional service to Atlanta from Boston, Los Angeles and St. Louis on February 1. The carrier is also adding return flights February 4.
Another JetBlue. The carrier said it would be operating up to eight roundtrip flights each day between Boston and Atlanta and operating larger aircraft on the route.
The service will offer nearly 2,000 additional seats on its Airbus A321 between the cities.
Atlanta airport officials expect the Monday following the Super Bowl to set records for traffic at the world’s busiest airport.
