Tamar Braxton, Grammy nominee, Emmy nominee and also a Delta Diamond and Lifetime Elite member was Scolded by a Delta captain in an incident that was captured on video:
While it’s not clear exactly what happened immediately preceding the encounter, the manner in which the captain speaks to one of his passengers has caused this interaction to go viral:
Captain: Here’s how this works. My flight attendants work for me. They give orders that come from me, OK? And so if you get an instruction from a flight attendant, I need to know that you are willing and able to do what you are told to do. Are you willing and able to do what you are told to do by a flight attendant? Don’t ask me any questions… answer yes or no.
Tamar Braxton’s sister, Towanda Braxton recorded the incident and posted it to her Instagram and Twitter pages. Delta responded to the incident on Twitter:
