Planning a European vacation can be both exciting and nerve-racking at the same time. The anticipation of being immersed in new cultures and languages, touring unfamiliar areas and finding your way around a foreign country can bring on a sense of both eagerness and anxiousness.

However, it’s all about having the right itinerary, and beginning a airlines/european-vacations-should-start-with-thomas-cook.html” target=”_self” rel=”nofollow noopener noreferrer”>European vacation with a flight on Thomas Cook Airlines can help ensure your trip starts with a smooth ride across the pond.

Your comfort is the staff’s priority during a flight on airlines/thomas-cook-airlines.html” target=”_self” rel=”nofollow noopener noreferrer”>Thomas Cook Airlines, and the airline’s customer service onboard proves this as travelers are greeted with a smile from the moment they step onto the plane.

The airline has a range of classes to choose from including Economy Light, Economy Class, Economy PLUS and even a Premium Class. In addition, beginning on May 13, Thomas Cook Airlines will also offer the new Sleeper Seat option. The Sleeper Seat will take your row of three seats in the back of the plane and turn them into a bed.

So how does this work?

Upon boarding, passengers will go about the normal process of getting settled into their seat. However, shortly after the plane takes off, the cabin crew will come over and turn the row of three seats into a cozy bed, equipped with a small mattress and fitted sheet.

Only one person is allowed to use the Sleeper Seat at a time, but people can switch off and take turns using the seat throughout the flight with others in their group.

In addition to the comfortable inflight bed created, passengers booking the Sleeper Seat also receive a comfortable pillow, a cozy blanket, a headrest and an extension safety belt to use while laying down.

Food and drinks are not offered to passengers while laying down in the Sleeper Seat, and passengers must be 12 years old or older to use it. Travelers will find this option located at the rear of the Airbus A330 aircraft.

It’s not always easy to sleep on an airplane but getting off a plane well rested to start a vacation in Europe can make a world of difference. It’s an amazing feeling to be able to stretch out comfortably during a long flight, and the Sleeper Seat will soon be available to help make this happen.
