While Spirit claimed the outage only lasted a short time, customers online reported there were still delays associated with the service interruption at airports such as Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Chicago O’Hare International Airport and more.
At O’Hare and the gate agent just announced that you’re system is down again. Get it together. You’d think with all the nickle and diming you guys do to passengers, you’d be able to afford and operate an adequate computer system.
