American Gives In, Provides Pilots With New Uniform Manufacturer

American Airlines has announced that over 15,000 of its pilots will be outfitted by Murphy and Hartelius (M&H), replacing embattled manufacturer Twin Hill, who previously supplied uniforms accused of causing hives, rashes and respiratory problems.

The color scheme of the uniforms will return to blue from Twin Hills’ dark gray, which was the color used by American Airlines prior to its merger with U.S. Airways.
