Margaritaville Beach Resort at The Pointe, the highly-anticipated beachfront resort coming to the Bahamas’ capital, celebrated its progress with a topping off celebration last month and has released a new rendering of the soon-to-open resort.

The five-star Margaritaville Beach Resort will be an integral part of Margaritaville at The Pointe, an exclusive $250 million, seven-acre luxury development located on Nassau Harbour in the Bahamas.

“The topping off of Margaritaville Beach Resort at The Pointe is one more exciting step in nearing completion of The Pointe,” said Daniel Liu, president of The Pointe. “Residents and guests will love our casual-luxe lifestyle that is synonymous with the Margaritaville brand.”

Once completed in 2020, visitors will instantly escape to the Margaritaville state of mind with signature brand décor elements in the lobby such as a larger-than-life flip flop sculpture.

In addition to the 150-room Margaritaville Beach Resort, Margaritaville at The Pointe will feature luxury residences at One Particular Harbour at The Pointe, a deep-water marina and boardwalk, a waterpark, entertainment center, upscale shopping, and signature Margaritaville food and beverage concepts.

This construction milestone comes a few months after One Particular Harbour at The Pointe celebrated its topping off in December of last year.

Each residence at One Particular Harbour will have an unobstructed ocean view and a private eight-foot wide glass balcony with beautiful ocean views.

Floor plans include studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom layouts with upscale fixtures and appliances. All owners will have The Pointe Residence Club membership, giving them access to a concierge service for booking restaurant reservations, spa appointments, sightseeing excursions, preferred berthing rights and more.
