Qatar Airways Offers TSA Pre-Check

Qatar Airways is now participating in TSA Pre-Check, an expedited screening program that enables members of U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Trusted Traveler programs to enjoy a smart and efficient screening experience.

TSA Pre-Check passengers of the award-winning airline can now enjoy TSA Pre-Check lanes at any of the airports below.

—Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL)

—Boston Logan International Airport (BOS)

—Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW)

—Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD)

-Houston George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH)

—John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK)

—Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

—Miami International Airport (MIA)

—Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD)

—Philadelphia International Airport (PHL)

For TSA Pre-Check travelers, there is no need to remove shoes, laptops, 3-1-1 liquids, belts or light jackets at expedited security checkpoints in the U.S. Moreover, with a TSA Pre-Check boarding pass, children 12 and under accompanying the traveler(s) will also receive TSA Pre-Check.

TSA Pre-Check is now available for enrolled members on the award-winning airline’s flights departing from U.S. airports
April 24, 2019.

Qatar Airways senior vice president of the Americas, Eric Odone, said: “It is an enormous pleasure to participate in the TSA Pre-Check program alongside 66 other international and domestic
U.S. carriers. Global aviation security is paramount, and our involvement is a testament to our airlines commitment to providing a seamless, safe, and smart travel experience for our U.S. passengers.”

Qatar Airways passengers who are TSA Pre-Check registered can add their Known Traveler Number (KTN) when making each booking reservation with Qatar Airways in order for the respective note
to appear on the passenger’s boarding pass at check-in on flights departing from one of the airline’s 10 United States airports.

Qatar Airways was named ‘World’s Best Business Class’ by the 2018 World Airline Awards, managed by international air transport rating organization Skytrax. It was also named ‘Best Business Class Seat’, ‘Best Airline in the Middle East’ and ‘World’s Best First Class Airline Lounge.’

Qatar Airways is one of the world’s fastest-growing airlines, with a modern fleet of more than 250 aircraft flying to business and leisure destinations across six continents. The airline has launched an array of exciting new destinations recently, including Gothenburg Sweden; Mombasa, Kenya and Da Nang, Vietnam.

Qatar Airways will add a number of new destinations to its extensive route network in 2019, including Lisbon, Portugal; Malta; Rabat, Morocco; Langkawi, Malaysia; Davao, Philippines; Izmir, Turkey; and Mogadishu, Somalia.
