As we transition to a new phase of work and life amid the pandemic, millennial employees across the U.S. are slowly beginning to revisit the aspects of their personal lives that they had – until now – put on hold. From buying new homes to expanding their families (including pets) and getting married, millennials are putting their once-interrupted plans into play – with 4 in 5 saying they’re expecting to make a major life change in the next 12 months.
