United Airlines is changing the way passengers check their luggage — and it could make those dreaded early-morning flights a whole lot easier!
Would you drop off your suitcase at the airport the NIGHT BEFORE your flight? United Airlines has introduced a program called **Twilight Bag Drop**, allowing eligible travelers to check their luggage the evening before an early-morning departure.
The program launched at Chicago O’Hare International Airport, where qualifying passengers can drop off checked bags between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. the night before their flight. That means less time dealing with luggage at the airport the next morning and potentially a smoother start to your trip.
But why is United doing this? How does it work? Is it available at every airport? And could other airlines follow?
In this segment of **The Jet Set**, we explore United Airlines’ new baggage check-in option, what it means for travelers, and whether checking your bags the night before is really worth the extra trip to the airport.
