Summer Burgers with HMSHost

You know them as the amazing company which brings local food and flavor to our airports, HMSHost.

Chef Matthew Corbett, HMSHost Executive Chef, cooks up two versions of the most popular food items for airport travelers – BURGERS.

Chef Matt highlights renditions of two popular burgers- one from HMSHost’s 1897 Market in Charlotte Douglas International Airport, and the other from HMSHost’s Book & Bourbon Southern Kitchen at Louisville International Airport. Both are award-winning restaurants.

If your travels take you through Charlotte or Louisville, be sure to enjoy one of these burgers while at the airport, or grill them up for your family and friends during your next summer cookout.

During our visit, we also got the chance to chat with HMSHost CEO & President Steve Johnson to learn more about the transformation of the airport dining experience.
