Viking Cruises Chairman says he assumes “Common Sense will Prevail” in Florida

On Bobby’s recent trip aboard Viking Cruises he had the chance to speak with Chairman and CEO Torstein Hagen. Viking Cruises is set to launch their famous World Cruise from Ft Lauderdale this Winter and their current health and safety standards include requiring all passengers and crew are fully vaccinated. When Bobby Laurie asked about his thoughts surrounding the legal battles in the State of Florida Mr. Hagen replied “we assume common sense.. or sense… will prevail” and stated no one should be forced to operate unsafely.

His background in the travel industry dates back to November 2005 when he was initially hired as a flight attendant.
