American Airlines is now allowing flyers to rearrange their trips using the newly minted “dynamic reaccom” (short for “reaccommodation”) online or on American’s mobile app. The idea is to help customers avoid waiting in line at customer service counters in order to rearrange broken itineraries, and the program is currently only available to itineraries booked through American and its subsidiaries.
