Air India Employee, Passenger Exchange Slaps

On Tuesday morning, an Air India duty manager at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) allegedly slapped a passenger in the face in retaliation for getting slapped first due to the passenger having been informed that she would not be permitted to board a flight due to lateness.

A spokesperson for Air India said, “A lady passenger was told by a counter staff that she will not be able to check-in because she was late for the flight. This led to an argument and the staff directed her to the duty manager who was also a lady and there was an argument and an altercation.”
