Did you get your personalized video from Delta?
DigitasLBi and Delta Air Lines recently partnered to create ‘The Path You Make’, a series of hundreds of thousands of videos personally customized for Delta SkyMiles Medallion Members.
Each video is designed to re-cap your 2017 travel milestone — how many miles you flew, which cities you visited most, where you stand in the ranking of all Medallion Members — and was delivered via e-mail and hosted on a unique landing page created for each member.
However, many recipients are saying that they’re having trouble logging on to the site as it is swamped with Diamond Medallion members trying to get a sneak peak of their videos. If you’ve already opened your Medallion video, let us know what you thought about it in the comments’ section.
