On Friday of last week, an aircraft operated by Qantas was forced to return to the gate at Canberra Airport (CBR) after a passenger refused to switch his tablet to airplane mode. The passenger was allegedly a company chief executive.
Citing safety as its number one priority, Qantas confirmed that the flight was delayed by an hour after returning to the gate.
