Yesterday, an Air New Zealand plane’s window began to crack mid-flight forcing the plane to drop altitude rapidly. Says passenger Haydn Draper, “I don’t mind a bit of turbulence on a plane, it can be fun, but I thought I was going to die.”
Draper also went on to say that anyone who filmed or took photos of the crack were “stopped by staff” and told to delete their photos. Draper managed to keep his footage which shows a severe crack.
