Alaska Airlines’ Last-Minute $49 Fare Sale is Almost Over

Travelers have to be willing to fly between May 1 and June 10 and must book their flight by April 22 to get these amazing deals. Keep in mind that May 21-29, which covers Memorial Day weekend, are blacked out travel dates.

You’ll also have to be able to fly on Tuesday, Wednesday or Saturday as that’s when most of the sale flights exist.

Similarly, some of these cheap flights are only available under the “Saver” class, which requires a $30 fee for a checked bag, limits your ability to choose a seat and puts you at the end of the line for overhead bin space.

One of the cheapest fares is from Los Angeles to San Francisco or San Francisco to Los Angeles at just $49. A one-way from Las Vegas to San Francisco is slightly more expensive at $59, as is a one-way from Portland to Los Angeles for $69.

Even though the $99 sale fare between Austin and San Francisco is close to $100, it is still a fantastic deal, as is the $109 fare for a flight from New York to San Jose.
