Interjet Revamps Website, Offers Special Fares

Interjet Airlines has launched a revamped website.

The new site improves functionality and is more user-friendly, making booking easier and streamlining flight management, online check-in, access to schedules, flight status and more.

“We are very excited about the new design and functionality for our updated website,” said Julio Gamero, Interjet’s chief commercial officer. “All things being equal, today’s airfare should include more than the price of the ticket. We not only offer a competitive price, but much more starting with our unique brand of free checked bags on select fares, all-leather seats with business-class legroom, free drinks, snacks and beverages on every flight and our no overbooking policy.”

“Add to this, our great service that has been embraced everywhere we fly, and it’s easy to see why Interjet is one of the fastest-growing airlines in the world,” Gamero added.

To celebrate the launch of the new site, the airline is offering special fares.

Travelers booking online can score $72 one-way fares to Mexico through May 31, 2018. Special fares for flights within Mexico are also available starting at $27.

The announcement of the new website follows the launch of new flights between Texas and Mexico. The new nonstop routes connect San Antonio and Houston to El Bajio’s Guanajuato International Airport, starting in June.

Interjet has also recently started daily, nonstop service between Chicago and Guadalajara and added nonstop service from San Francisco to Cancun and Guadalajara.
