Delta Air Lines will have a new home in the Big Easy come May 15, when all its operations will begin from Concourse C at the newly built North Terminal, aptly located on the north side of the airfield at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY).
Delta’s last arrivals and departures at its current home on Concourse D in the existing South Terminal complex will occur on May 14. Aircraft, ground equipment and many other operational-critical supplies and tools will move overnight beginning on May 14 for the ensuing launch from Delta’s new home on the morning of May 15.
Customers are advised to plan ahead if they utilize airport parking and to also know where to depart should any business or personal travel coincide around May 14-15.
Extensive coordination by Delta’s Airport Customer Service and Corporate Real Estate teams with the MSY airport authority continues and no impact to operations are expected.
