Vacations By Rail, the leading supplier of train vacations, escorted rail tours and luxury trail journeys around the world, is launching their new Preferred Program to provide travel agencies with even higher commission rates, exciting bonuses, educational resources and exclusive access to its latest products around the globe.

“The travel agent community is extremely important to Vacations By Rail and is instrumental in educating clients on amazing rail experiences,” says Todd Powell, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer. “We want to reward those agencies who are committed to Vacations By Rail and rail travel as a fantastic, experiential vacation option.”

Vacations By Rail offers travel agencies tiered commission starting at 10 percent on all Vacations By Rail independent, locally-hosted and escorted train tours in the US, Canada and Europe with the opportunity to earn up to 15 percent commission based on sales volume.

Agencies who book four or more vacations through Vacations By Rail will be now automatically enrolled in the company’s “Preferred Program” which adjusts agencies’ starting commission to 12 percent. Qualifying agencies receive a series of benefits based on their ongoing volume of sales including higher commission, potential overrides, bonus commission, exclusive promotions, and the chance to experience new products.

To further support agents’ success in selling rail vacations and to share their in-depth knowledge of the many rail experiences throughout the world, Vacations By Rail is offering complimentary webinars on earning top commission, insider tips and the benefits of selling packaged rail travel.
