Azamara Club Cruises has announced details of its Grand Voyages, where guests can receive onboard credit–which can be used for specialty dining, shore excursions, and more–based on the duration of the sailing as well as free WiFi. As part of Grand Voyages–for the first time ever–the brand is offering a total of 21 two, three, or more individual back-to-back sailings across the globe.

MORE Cruise Line & Cruise Ship

As the leader in Destination Immersion, Azamara’s Grand Voyages are designed for guests to opt-in for longer sailings by visiting more destinations, connecting with locals and their culture, while simultaneously saving money on their booking.

The tiers for onboard credit per stateroom, per voyage, include:

$150 for four-nights or less

$300 for five to eight nights

$400 for nine nights or longer

In celebration of the back-to-back voyages, Azamara will also premier their “Triple Tour,” a special grand voyage where guests will have the opportunity to sail on all three Azamara ships. Collectively, Azamara Journey, Azamara Quest, and Azamara Pursuit will sail for 42 days and dock in 13 countries on the “Triple Tour.”

Azamara Journey

Nine-night Mediterranean Icons Voyage: Departing from Athens on May 12, 2020, guests can enjoy the archeological wonders of ancient Greece before docking on idyllic Greek Isles, Mykonos and Santorini. Azamara Journey will then set sail to the Amalfi Coast, where travelers will discover shops and galleries and live la dolce vita. Prior to concluding the sailing in Barcelona, guests will have the opportunity to walk in the steps of gladiators at the Coliseum in Rome before discovering Livorno’s canals of La Venezia Nuova (New Venice), which date back to the Medici era.

Five-night Grand Prix & Riviera Voyage: Setting sail on May 21, 2020 from Barcelona, guests will venture to Southern France and experience 2,600 years of history come to life in the magnificent Marseille, which is also a port where Azamara Journey will dock for a late-night. Another late stay in Saint-Tropez will allow for guests to journey across the verdant countryside and into the Maures Mountains of Provence for a tasting of local culinary specialties in the town of La Garde-Freinet during the “discover the secrets of Provence” shore excursion. Following, visit Nice where architecture fans can tour the renowned Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild – a 20th Century villa that overlooks nine gardens – each with a different theme.

Azamara Quest

Thirteen-night Wine and Romance Voyage: With two late stays, an overnight in Lisbon, and two nights in Bordeaux, Azamara Quest will transport travelers starting May 26, 2020 to some of the best wine-crafting regions on Earth. Highlights of the sailing include Gibraltar, where travelers can venture to the top of the 1,400-foot Rock of Gibraltar for panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, and in Bordeaux, travelers can opt for excursions such as visiting a prestigious wine château for a winery tour and a tasting of the prized golden wines of Sauternes. Debarking in Southampton, England, history buffs can travel to the mysterious megaliths of Stonehenge or learn gin-making techniques at the Bombay Sapphire Distillery.

Azamara Pursuit

Fifteen-night Baltic Highlights Voyage: Guests can spend 15-nights destination-hopping through the Baltic Sea, enjoying three days in St. Petersburg and overnights in Amsterdam, Stockholm, and Gdansk, starting June 8, 2020. Disco fans can channel their inner “dancing queen” with a visit to the famous ABBA Museum in Stockholm – which offers an interactive exhibition about the pop band – and sweet-lovers can savor decadent Estonian chocolates through a class with a local master pastry chef at Tallinn’s Chocalaterie de Pierre in Tallinn.

As part of Azamara’s commitment to Destination Immersion, discover Russian culture with three-nights in the awe-inspiring St. Petersburg; cruisers can choose from a multitude of day and night activities, including a visit to Yusupov Palace—or choosing to enjoy a night at the city’s famous, exquisite ballet.
