Dream Cruises Teams With Pokémon Detective Pikachu

Dream Cruises announced Tuesday it is collaborating with the new Pokémon Detective Pikachu movie.

Through August 31, Detective Pikachu will make guest appearances aboard the three cruise ships of the Dream fleet, including the Genting Dream, World Dream and Explorer Dream. The cruises will give Pokémon fanatics an immersive and thematic vacation at sea.

During the Detective Pikachu promotional period, guests aboard the participating Dream Cruises ships will have the chance to enjoy interactive programs at sea. The activities include a Detective Pikachu meet-and-greet, Power On language academy and costume party, thematic specialty drinks and afternoon tea sets, arts and crafts workshops and more.

Passengers on the Genting Dream can choose from two- and five-night itineraries from her homeport in Singapore, which transports travelers to scenic destinations in Southeast Asia.

As for the World Dream, the vessel departs from Hong Kong or Guangzhou, China on a variety of short and long-haul cruise holidays. The Explorer Dream sets sail from her homeports in Shanghai and Tianjin, China.
