On National Travel Advisor Day, Norwegian Cruise Line is celebrating the 10-year anniversary of its travel agent program called Partners First.
The program originated a decade ago as the company’s commitment to become “easier to do business with” and to invest in the long-term success of its travel partner community.
Since then, the philosophy has evolved by focusing on the continued investment in the success of travel advisors by driving demand through product innovation and strategic marketing, and by providing a collective focus on the guest experience.
NCL said it’s “in the business of delivering incredible experiences at sea and on land and could not make it possible without its trade partners.”
As part of the anniversary, every month travel advisors should look for educational and engaging content, giveaways, tips from NCL’s own Chief Sales Officer Katina Athanasiou, and more.
Athanasiou shared a video that celebrates travel advisors.
