Pack More Fun Into Your Caribbean Adventure on Royal Caribbean’s Navigator of the Seas

Royal Caribbean International‘s new-look Navigator of the Seas will make its highly anticipated arrival in Miami this spring following a $115 million renovation.

Navigator of the Seas is currently sailing five- and nine-night Caribbean itineraries through May 2019, when it will set course for the Bahamas during a three-night weekend and four-night weekday cruises that include visits to Royal Caribbean’s private island, Perfect Day at CocoCay.

The reimagined ship will feature a slew of thrilling and one-of-a-kind onboard features, including the longest aqua coaster waterslide at sea in The Blaster as well as Riptide, which boasts the distinction of being the only headfirst mat racer waterslide at sea.

The all-new pool deck is the perfect place to unwind in the sun as the new Splash Pad is guaranteed to keep the little ones entertained.

Laser Tag: Battle for Planet Z is an exciting glow-in-the-dark laser tag game that will pit passengers against one another in a competition to claim the last planet for light years around. Guests can also choose to work together to overcome the Royal Escape Room. Players will have 60 minutes to solve the mind-boggling puzzles and brain teasers in The Observatorium.

Guests will also want to check out The Lime and Coconut, a two-story island bar featuring a rooftop sundeck during the day and moonlit lounge at night. The Bamboo Room is sure to be another coveted hangout among adult passengers. The Polynesian-themed bar offers patrons plenty of welcome throwback vibes along with some creative cocktails.

Passengers can even chow down at a pair of new grab and go spaces. El Loco Fresh and Johnny Rockets are serving up delectable Mexican dishes and diner classics, respectively. Meanwhile, seafood lovers will feel right at home at Hooked Seafood, which offers everything from lobster and crab cakes to chowders and oysters.

Plus, you don’t need to be a sports fan to appreciate Playmakers Sports Bar & Arcade, which is home to as many as 50 TVs.

“Each Royal Caribbean ship brings a new adventure uniquely designed to deliver on our guests’ preferences from A to Z,” said Michael Bayley, president and CEO, Royal Caribbean International, in a statement last year. “Every detail matters, and we’ve mapped out an unmatched combination of innovative features and experiences for this top-to-bottom transformation of Navigator of the Seas.”
