A man was rescued after plunging off of the Carnival Fascination cruise ship in the Caribbean over the weekend.
Carnival Cruise Line confirmed the incident in a statement on Tuesday. According to the Miami Herald, the man allegedly jumped from Deck 10 while the ship was at sea on Saturday.
The ship deployed a lifeboat to rescue the man, who is said to be in good condition.
Video of the dramatic rescue was posted to the Cruceros Puerto Rico Facebook page, with one person claiming the man intentionally jumped from the ship.
The Carnival Fascination returned to its homeport in San Juan, Puerto Rico Sunday following the seven-day cruise.
The crew aboard the Carnival Fascination weren’t the only Carnival Cruise Line employees called into action over the weekend as the Carnival Paradise came to the rescue of a sailor off the coast of Cozumel, Mexico on Saturday.
Last month, the Carnival Fantasy rescued nearly two dozen people who were adrift in the Gulf of Mexico.
