A Look Inside Palmaïa Riviera Maya

The all-new Palmaïa Riviera Maya, a Sandos Resort, is located on the most pristine stretch of beach in the Playacar area of Riviera Maya, Mexico.

The location was key in the beginning stages of planning, as they wanted to integrate the natural wonders of the area into the hotel design with the least amount of impact on ecosystems. The natural, laidback setting allows for guests to fully relax.

Sustainability was always kept at the forefront when building the resort. From start to finish, the conservation of local flora and fauna was kept in mind so the resort and wildlife could coexist properly.

Palmaïa Riviera Maya welcomes both adults and children and is made up of 314 ocean front rooms split between seven buildings. That’s right—all visitors will be escorted to their gorgeous ocean view room after a private check-in.

No matter if it’s the Ocean Front King Suite, the Ocean Front Queen Suite, Ocean Front Family King Suite or the Ocean Front Family Master Suite, guests will have more than enough amenities to keep them happy.

Each room has a balcony or terrace, TV, mini bar, bathtub, coffee maker and more. In addition, all the rooms include services such as 24-hour room service, WiFi and nightly turndown service.

Whether it’s lounging around throughout the day or participating in activities, this resort has something for people of all ages to enjoy. There’s nightly live beach music, mezcal food pairings in the jungle and so much more.

The property offers a shuttle service for guests to conveniently get around in, and those who want a bit of added fitness to their stay can choose to use the bike share service or health trail to get from place to place.

The friendly waiters at the resort are always ready to serve refreshing cocktails both by the infinity pool and on the beach. Guests can indulge in the several restaurants on property throughout their stay and treat themselves to a spa service—or two—at the jungle spa.

If you’re in need of a long family vacation, an anniversary celebration or a group getaway, this resort is the place to visit.
