“It makes perfect sense for the Pestana CR7 brand to be implemented in Paris,” said Ronaldo via the Daily Times. “One of the most visited cities in the world and a destination that combines the perfect match of elegance and sophistication of the brand.”

There are already two CR7 hotels open in Lisbon and Funchal, New York and Marrakech, Morocco.

“It is an extreme honor to see the Pestana CR7 lifestyle Hotels brand footprint in one of the world’s top tourist destination,” added Pestana’s Chief Development Officer Jose Roquette.

“With this achievement, we duplicate the brand’s portfolio with a focus on its international expansion that reinforces its global visibility.”

Paris is among the world’s most-visited cities with France leading the way in terms of international tourist arrivals last year, hosting 86.9 million visitors. The figure represents a more than 5 percent increase from the previous year.
