Families looking to spend more time together can now experience “Family Night In” at Velas Resorts’ family-friendly properties in Riviera Nayarit and Puerto Vallarta.
After a long day of fun in the sun, guests staying at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit can retreat to their two-bedroom Family Suite for a sunset toast, complete with non-alcoholic mocktail for the kids and sparkling wine for the adults. Also included are family snacks and drinks, including a DIY Taco Bar.
After dinner, popcorn, pretzels and a seasonal fruit bowl are served with chocolate sauce to enjoy while catching a flick such as “Pirates of the Caribbean,” “The Lego Batman Movie,” “Despicable Me,” “Beauty and the Beast” and more.
Families can also request matching pajamas, a “Family Night In” Do Not Disturb door tag, camping teepee and massages for all ages.
In September, for Mexico’s Independence Day, guests visiting sister property Velas Vallarta can enjoy a special Mexican-themed “Family Night In” party.
Families of eight or more will enjoy a Mexican buffet, traditional candies, Mexican games and a private performance from the resort’s mariachi band. Taking place in the resort’s oceanfront suites, the terrace will also be decorated with traditional Mexican decorations, complete with a piñata.
Rates for Family Night In at Grand Velas Rivera Nayarit is $2,288 per night for two adults and two kids in a two-bedroom Family Suite inclusive of 50-minute massage per adult per night and VIP airport pickup service (airport-hotel).
A fourth-night stay is free. At Velas Vallarta, rates start at $169 per adult, per night, based on double occupancy. Kids and teens are $36 and $48 respectively per night at Velas Vallarta. With a minimum booking of four nights, the price for the Mexican celebration at Velas Vallarta is $120 for 6 people, $240 for 12 people or $360 for 18 people.
Velas Resorts’ all-inclusive rates include luxury accommodations, a la carte gourmet meals at a variety of specialty restaurants, premium branded beverages, 24-hour in-suite service, taxes, gratuity and more.
