Last weekend, Moon Palace Jamaica proudly hosted its exclusive second annual Chaine des Rotisseurs dinner. The world’s oldest, largest and most prestigious food and wine society converged at the all-inclusive gem for an evening of fine local cuisine and fanfare prepared by the island’s creme de la creme of chefs and culinary experts.

Attended by VIP Chaine members, as well as food and wine aficionados from around the world, the Jamaica chapter welcomed invitees to delight in specialties prepared under the guise of Jamaica’s famed-chefs, with menu items featuring local ingredients, a tribute to the Caribbean, as well as around-the-world delicacies.

Clifton Reader, Managing Director of Moon Palace Jamaica and also an honorary Chaine member said, “I could not have been more honored to host the highly acclaimed dinner for the Bailliages of Jamaica, a melting pot of the very best that our island has to offer in terms of food and flavors.
