Palladium Hotel Group’s commitment to guest satisfaction received one of the travel industry’s top designations as TRS Yucatan Hotel, located in Riviera Maya, Mexico, earned the “Best Entertainment” Crystal Apple Award. The recognition was announced during Apple Vacations’ black-tie gala at Chicago’s Adler Planetarium September 10, 2018.
The Crystal Apple Award was born to honor industry leaders in quality and innovation for various travel and hospitality categories. Since 1990, Apple Vacations has been honoring hotels that earned exceptional ratings on their post-vacation surveys through their Golden Apple Award program.
Palladium Hotel Group’s CEO, Abel Matutes Prats, received the award during the gala. “The Crystal Apple Award bestowed on TRS Yucatan Hotel for the ‘Best Entertainment’ is truly a testament to the talented performers of CHIC Cabaret & Restaurant, the enthusiastic POP entertainment team, and every member of our hard-working staff who ensures that each guest has a memorable vacation,” said Matutes Prats.
An adults-only, all-inclusive property, TRS Yucatan Hotel offers the privacy and personalized service of a small VIP resort with the amenities and services of a larger hotel. Situated on the stunning beaches of the Mexican Caribbean, TRS Yucatan Hotel offers exclusive guest amenities, personalized 24/7 butler service, complimentary access to the hydrotherapy areas at Zentropia Palladium Spa & Wellness and a private section of the beach. Additionally, guests have privileged access to the adjacent Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts in the Riviera Maya.
The hallmark of TRS Yucatan Hotel’s entertainment program is Chic Cabaret & Restaurant. So much more than dinner and a show, Chic Cabaret & Restaurant is an exquisite multiple-course meal, enjoyed while absorbing breathtaking acrobatics, stunning choreography and music from all genres. After just opening in December, it ranks among the top restaurants of more than 1,000 options in the Playa del Carmen region.
According to travel agents, the Golden Apple designation builds consumer confidence and has a major influence on purchase decisions. Among the 220 hotels recognized with a 2018 Golden Apple Award for high levels of excellence, are the following Palladium Hotel Group properties:
