The brand will make its debut on this continent with a 33-story building in Boston, Massachusetts that will be about half hotel and half condominiums.

The company said in a statement that the new location will open in 2021 and is aiming to be a “welcoming oasis of refined elegance comprised of a distinctive hotel and exquisitely appointed residences.”

Raffles is one of AccorHotels’ most iconic luxury brands.

The new Raffles property will include 147 guestrooms and 146 branded residences in a $375 million building in Boston’s posh Back Bay neighborhood.

The company said the property will offer “impeccable and intuitive service, distinguished charm and whimsical adventures that are synonymous with the Raffles name.”

Curbed Boston reported that the property is expected to “thematically reflect Boston” in the same way that other Raffles hotels in places such as Paris, Singapore, and the Seychelles reflect their host cities.

In other Raffles news, the brand’s flagship Singapore location is currently undergoing a restoration and is scheduled to reopen in the first quarter of 2019.
