The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas Unveils New Rooms, Tech and Perks

The guest experience at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas has been elevated in 2019, starting with the room itself.

The five-star luxury resort in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip just recently completed an ambitious remodel of its more than 3,000 guestrooms and suites.

The multi-year project features stunning new design along with a slew of exciting technology advancements, including an enhanced resident chatbot and the launch of a complimentary, premium Wi-Fi network—the fastest on the Strip—among other highlights.

Both The Chelsea and Boulevard Tower have undergone full remodels that saw the addition of modern artwork, improved lighting and easy-to-use technology all within a more energy-conscious design.

The Terrace rooms—Terrace Studio, Terrace One Bedroom and Terrace Suite—are guaranteed to impress with gold touches and handcrafted patterns throughout. The Terrace Room’s reworked layout also makes for more functional spaces, including more distinct living, dining, work and bedroom areas.

The Wraparound Terrace Suites and City Rooms and Suites have taken on a residential feel similar to that of an urban penthouse. Guests will be drawn in by neutral colors and bright accents as well as eye-popping details that are only enhanced by dramatic lighting.

Large groups will absolutely love the 1,050-square-foot Reception Suite that allows you to reconfigure the space to your specific needs.

Every guest will also find a tablet in their room, allowing them to conveniently make restaurant and spa reservations as well as order room service, purchase show tickets and access e-newspapers and magazines. Guests can even adjust the temperature and lighting from their device.

Meanwhile, the property’s resident chatbot, Rose, has been transformed into an Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing-based bot. That means she’s able to meet more unique guest requests. Rose is even able to guide guests as they explore the resort, providing nightlife recommendations or even a complete 24-hour itinerary.

Rose will even allow guests to bypass the front desk at check-out. Through the resort’s partnership with MyCheck, guests can simply ask her to check them out using the credit card on file for any pending charges.
