Latest Travel Impact of Winter Storm Maya

After disrupting travel in the Northwest over the weekend, Winter Storm Maya has moved into the Midwest and Northeast Monday and will continue to impact the regions with snow, freezing rain and winds through Wednesday.

According to Weather.com, Winter Storm Maya brought heavy snow to the West Sunday and spread freezing drizzle into the Plains Monday morning, leaving major highways and residential roads covered in ice.

The snow has also moved into the Northeast, with winter storm watches being issued from the Appalachians to northern Pennsylvania, central New York and the Hudson Valley to New England, including much of the Boston metro area.
