Fairmont’s Paella Nights will return on Wednesday, September 12th, 19th and 26th  from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the hotel’s interior courtyard

Lush landscaping, cozy fire pits and ample seating creates the perfect venue for Executive Chef Jordi Gallardo’s live paella station.  Using a family recipe from his hometown of Barcelona, he will prepare and serve authentic Paella with shrimp, chicken, mussels and secret ingredients from his giant pan.  An array of gazpacho, pan con tomate, manchego cheese, serrano ham, tortilla de patatas, olives, anchovies and flan de caramel will accompany chef’s Paella for $10 per person.

Specially priced glasses and bottles of Spanish Cava, red and white Spanish wines of the week will be available along with Mahou Cinco Estrellas beer for $5 and Er Boqueron Gastro Ale for $7 each.

Renowned Flamenco Guitarist Ricardo Marlow will entertain guests with his percussion style.  Throughout his career as a Flamenco guitarist Mr. Marlow has often found himself either on stage or in the recording studio making interesting fusions with many important musicians of other genres, namely Charlie Byrd, Frank Vignola, Canut and Andre Reyes of the Gipsy Kings, The Washington Ballet, Kivanç Oner, Duende Camaron and many others.
