Travelers heading to Hawaii via Houston this month with United Airlines will be treated to a complimentary sandwich as part of a test program.

The complimentary sandwich was first reported by The Points Guy, who conveyed the information from a Twitter user who said he received a four-ounce balsamic chicken sandwich with arugula spread and mozzarella.

While the free sandwich didn’t blow him away, the fact that United was trying to challenge competitors like American Airlines by offering the complimentary meal was enough to impress him.
