Angry Mom: AA Made Me Hold Kid in Lap for Four Hours

American Airlines passenger Kelly Duvall claims that despite bringing FAA-approved car seats aboard a flight, she was told by a gate agent that the airline did not permit the use of two car seats, and she was forced to carry her 18-month-old child on her lap for the duration of her four-hour flight.

A spokesperson for American Airlines claims that the airline does indeed allow multiple child seats, and that the carrier has been in contact with Duvall in order to resolve the situation.
