Details Revealed for Island H2O Live! Water Park at Margaritaville Resort Orlando

Margaritaville Resort Orlando has announced a theme, slide names and more for the Island H20 Live! water park ahead of its highly anticipated opening this spring.

The Central Florida resort previous announced that there would be at least nine different thrill rides, including drop slides, a wave pool and a raft ride as well as hammocks, cabanas, multiple food and beverage options and sandy beaches.

We now know that the parks theme, slide names and attraction areas will reflect today’s technology and the social media elements that have become a part of our everyday lives. For example, a family tube ride will be called Hashtag Heights while a mat slide will be dubbed Retweet Racers.

Other attractions will include Follow Me Falls, an upscale pool for adults called Private Domain and a cocktail bar named the Tag Shack.

Island H2O Live! will also feature technology enhancements throughout allowing guests to capture their favorite moments and share them with their friends, family and followers. For instance, park-goers can record video at one of the BE LIVE video booths.

The Island H2O Live! water park is just one of four components of the newly-opened 300-plus-acre Margaritaville Resort Orlando, which also includes a Margaritaville Hotel, Margaritaville Cottages and the Sunset Walk shopping, dining and entertainment district.
