Shopping online will continue to reign supreme in 2022, with Adobe predicting 2.5% growth in online sales now through December 31. However, economic uncertainty has caused a slight e-commerce stall, which now lags behind the growth of previous years. As compared to 2021’s lack of inventory, this year’s excess is prompting retailers to kick off the shopping season with robust sales to entice consumers worried about inflation.
