Four Seasons Hualalai Announces Festive Holiday Programming

Special dining experiences, Hawaiian storytelling, and new spa treatments are on the agenda this holiday season at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai.

The holidays are one of the most popular times of the year at the Forbes Five Star and AAA Five Diamond Resort.

Beginning the week of December 16 and running through January 5, the luxe Hawaii property surrounded by white sand beaches and black lava landscapes will offer a variety of exclusive programming for guests of all ages.

One of the most notable events of the season is the resort’s annual New Year’s Eve Gala Under the Stars, where guests can usher in 2019 with a full fireworks show and celebrate amid a theme of “Night in Paris, Moulin Rouge.”

The Hualalai Night Market, meanwhile, is a new addition to the festive calendar this year. A Hawaiian-style block party, the market will include food trucks and stations, local artisans and Hawaiian entertainment.

For the children, the Four Seasons property will host a special Kids for All Seasons KFAS After Dark experience that includes interactive games, Hawaiian storytelling, movie screenings, and s’mores around a campfire.

Additional festive season activities for young visitors range from paint nights to scavenger hunts, and cupcake wars. There will also be magic shows and pizza parties.

The youngest of guests will also be able to ring in the New Year in their own way at Hualalai, which will host a New Year’s Eve Keiki Party, a light-hearted masquerade ball with dancing and a special lunch.

For those who would like to close out the year with a little pampering and self-care, the spa at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is launching a new treatment – the White Flowering iliahi.

The 80-minute treatment incorporates the use of sustainable ‘iliahi (sandalwood) that is sourced on the slopes of Mauna Loa. The rich sandalwood and pikake flowers offer a calming aromatherapy during the treatment.
