Hyatt Exempts Top-Tier Guests from Cancellation Fee Policy


Hyatt announced on Thursday that its 48-hour cancellation policy would apply to all guests except World of Hyatt Explorist, Globalist or Lifetime Globalist members, who will be able to cancel their reservations within 24 hours.

The policy will go into effect on New Year’s Day of 2018.
