In spite of a $540 million profit claimed by Etihad for the fiscal year 2017, investigators allegedly found that the airlines actually experienced a $703 million loss. This revelation comes after Etihad’s claimed $103 million profit for 2015 being revealed as an operating loss of $2.06 billion by forensic accountants.
