Let Sandals Help You Achieve Your New Year’s Resolutions

Whether it’s losing weight, eating healthier, learning something new or getting more rest, we all struggle to maintain New Year’s resolutions. In fact, by February, many people give up on them entirely.

The good news is that Sandals has recently launched a promotion designed to help you successfully accomplish those goals.

Sandals and LIV+ Events have developed an extensive list of activities that can help you stay on track.

Among the intriguing options and offerings are events focused on prepping for Jamaica’s world-famous Reggae Marathon; workshops to get PADI scuba diving certified, and five-day couples’ retreat to renew your love in 2019.

The couples’ retreat at Sandals South Coast, in Jamaica, features Carolina Pataky, a licensed marriage and family therapist who will lead the effort to restore and transform your relationship.

Activities will focus on creating and building intimacy; connecting with others, and solidifying your relationship with a Retie the Knot ceremony. There will also be sunrise yoga sessions or sunrise breakfast in bed, as well as island routes excursions.

Comprehensive soccer clinics for those age six to 17 are yet another option for parents who have resolved to help their kids improve their athletic skills in the year ahead. The clinics, at Beaches Turks & Caicos, will be taught by coaches from the Real Madrid Foundation, which has been honored by FIFA as the “greatest football club of the 20th century.” The club has won 12 European Cups, one FIFA Club World Cup, two UEFA Cups, 32 LaLiga Championships, and 19 Copa del Rey.

Is your goal to amp up the girl power in 2019?

Consider joining one of the Beaches Friends Forever Girls Getaway events, which are aimed at celebrating and encouraging girl power.

The four-day getaways will include morning meditation and yoga sessions, a free massage; a jewelry and wine soiree; a beach bonfire all-white party and more. This event is scheduled to take place twice in 2019 at Beaches Turks & Caicos.
