Lightning Strikes Three Separate KLM Planes


On Sunday, three aircraft operated by KLM planes were struck by lightning after departing from Airport Amsterdam Schiphol (AMS). One flight returned to Schiphol to be inspected by personnel, while the other two were deemed safe for flight and continued on to their destinations. KLM claims that neither of the two continuing flights were in danger as a result of the incident.
