Princess Cruises has unveiled “Dine My Way,” an enhancement on its MedallionClass program, that lets guests easily pre-plan and tailor their dining experiences.
“Dine My Way” lets guests make reservations in dining rooms and specialty restaurants at times they prefer and with whom they wish to dine.
When making a reservation, guests will be able to:
– Add additional friends or family members with whom they are traveling.
– Select their preferred pace of dining (for example, relaxed or quick).
– Indicate their desired seating location, such as near a window or close to the entrance.
– Share dietary preferences and allergen information.
– Pick the same venue and dining time each night.
In addition, the OceanNow on-demand menu has been expanded to include entrees and beverage options from any restaurant with orders delivered directly to their location on the ship.
OceanNow orders can be made using the MedallionClass app on a smart device, via the stateroom TV, or by having a crew member place the order on the guest’s behalf.
OceanNow now includes expanded personalization options so passengers can order their coffee drink, select favorite steak sauce toppings, or pizza condiments.
Princess MedallionClass vacations are enabled by the OceanMedallion, a wearable device that allows touchless embarkation and disembarkation, frictionless commerce, and keyless stateroom entry. Additional contactless capabilities accessible using smart phones and tablets include way-finding and a family and friends locator.
