Now is the time to book a ticket to Europe, as according to Hopper, roundtrip flights to Europe are currently the cheapest they’ve been in three years.

Hopper found that millennials have their eye on Amsterdam, Madrid, Rome and Paris, but their number one European destination, London, may prove to be the best low-cost trip.

Roundtrip airfare from the U.S. to London have been falling long term, and Hopper predicts they’ll continue to remain low and affordable in the short term, too. In 2017, average roundtrip airfare to London from the U.S. was $814, but now in 2019, it’s $782.

With Brexit underway, one British pound is about $1.31 USD which is the lowest its been since the 1980s. Brexit is set to hit in spring and the pound may further drop, making the U.K. an attractive, budget-friendly European option for U.S. travelers.

While the U.K. may be a great budget steal, be prepared for long wait times at the airports as the U.K. border controls adjust to life under post-Brexit.
