Silversea Launches New Sales Event

Silversea Cruises has launched a new “Discover the World” sales event.

Featured are special savings of five percent, with one-category upgrades and a $1,000 per suite onboard credit.

“Summer reminds us of the pleasures of lazy days, sun-soaked beaches and family getaways, which you can still enjoy later on this year with generous savings through our ‘Discover the World’ Sales Event,” said Mark Conroy, Silversea’s managing director for the Americas. “Unforgettable luxury travel experiences are our specialty, and this offer makes it easier than ever to discover the world with the personalized service and expertise that only Silversea can deliver.”

The “Discover the World” sales event is available only to the US and Canadian markets. It is combinable with most other Silversea offers, including air and all-inclusive promotions.

Sample voyages to which the “Discover the World” offer applies include an Antarctic cruise aboard Silver Cloud. Departing on November 22, 2018, the ten-day roundtrip voyage from Ushuaia calls at Drake Passage, Antarctic Sound, Antarctic Peninsula and the South Shetland Islands.

Silver Explorer departs December 17, 2018, on an 18-day roundtrip from Ushuaia to the Falkland Islands, South Georgia, Elephant Island, Antarctic Peninsula and the South Shetland Islands.

Antarctica All-Inclusive Package fares include free or reduced economy roundtrip air or business-class air upgrade for $2,950 each way from select US and Canadian gateways. It also includes a one-night, pre-cruise hotel stay; airport and ship transfers and economy roundtrip air between Buenos Aires or Santiago and Ushuaia.

In the Caribbean, Silver Spirit offers departures from Barbados and Fort Lauderdale during November of 2018. Silversea’s Caribbean Air Offer includes free roundtrip economy air from select US and Canadian gateways and complimentary airport and ship transfers.

In the Far East, Silver Muse sails from both Singapore and Bangkok in December 2018. The line’s Asia All-Inclusive Package fares include free economy roundtrip air or business-class air upgrade for $2,499 each way from select US and Canadian gateways. It also includes a one-night pre- and post-cruise hotel stay; free airport and ship transfers and at least one complimentary shore excursion per port.

Additionally, Silver Galapagos departs on seven-day expedition voyages between Baltra and San Cristóbal in October and December of 2018. Galápagos All-Inclusive Package fares include free or reduced economy roundtrip from select US and Canadian gateways; airport and ship transfers; a two-night, pre-cruise hotel stay and “Quito by Night” tour; free economy roundtrip air between Ecuador and the Galápagos and all park and porterage fees.

The promotion applies to select ocean and expedition sailings through December 2018. Savings are available on new bookings made by July 31, 2018.
