“Last year, we decided to do a year-long celebration of our 50th anniversary of the airport,” Jana Kuner, HSV’s public relations manager told WHNT 19 News. “We have done regional events, sponsored concerts, held our own concert, given away tickets to the Iron Bowl – we’ve done all kinds of things to celebrate.”.
But their best anniversary promotion has yet to come, until now.
In their grand finale celebration, Huntsville International Airport is giving away $25,000 worth of free airfare to 50 different winners. Starting October 29 and ending on November 2, HSV will award 10 travel vouchers per day at a value of $500 each. They’ll announce the winners on their Facebook page.
Winners can use the voucher on any airline as long as the flight goes through Huntsville International Airport.
Registration to enter the giveaway began this morning at 9 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m. Contestants can submit their entry on the second floor of the airport near baggage claim at the registration table.
