United Airlines has increased its operations between Mexico and the United States by adding three new daily flights that launched Thursday.
MORE Airlines & Airports
United’s General Director of Sales in Mexico, Rolf Meyer, told Pasillo Turistico the airline found a high demand from passengers for additional flights between Mexico City International Airport and New York’s Newark Airport.
Meyer revealed 466,000 Mexicans visited New York last year, and the new flights between the two premier destinations will help the tourist industry in each city. The additional service also offers travelers more schedule options.
In addition, the proximity of Newark Airport to New York City makes it an appealing flight option for business and leisure travelers. Terminal C of the facility also boasts The United Experience, a redesigned airport terminal that meets the lifestyle of the modern traveler.
United recently announced it will offer customers more flights and more seats from Newark to both Los Angeles and San Francisco, beginning January 7, 2019.
